What are the programmes all about?

These courses focus upon how to organise and chair meetings to ensure that they are productive and not a waste of time.

Who are they designed for?

The courses are aimed at all people who are involved in chairing or running meetings both internally and externally.

What is ALP's approach?

The course is very interactive with the course director working in a facilitation role….aiding and steering the learning. There are a number of group exercises where the delegates are given specific roles and a typical meeting is re-enacted.

The content focuses upon actual meetings that the delegates are involved in and they are motivated by the fact that they can immediately apply the skills, which have been discussed in the classroom, into their business meetings.

What do the delegates have to do?
